Something new! I hope. The idea is to click on the link and be able to download my bib pattern from pdf format. PDF reader is free from the website. Please give me feedback if this works, I'm kind of excited to share some patterns that are floating in my head and on scraps of paper. This bib pattern is the one I've been making several bibs out of lately. If this works, I'll post a tutorial next- another adventure for me. I've posted 3 different links to get the same pattern.

After visiting friends who had some great medieval dress-up, we came home to make crowns and capes. This little girl wanted her cape a little more girly with sequins and lace. It also has darts in the back and a separate neckband with adjustable velcro. The crown is felt with a strip of elastic for a good fit. She wears the crown often and looks like a cute little 'jughead'.

Not such a bad picture considering I made this 'daisy duty' chart very late the night before it was due. Very sparkly daisies each have an eyelet to hold the fastener, so they spin. Each girl's name was written on a flower, then a clothespin with the job on it was clipped to the flower. Eyelets at the top hold a sparkly pink ribbon that it is hung on a hook with. Looks way cuter in person.

Some very cool butterflies. These come from Target in a box of about 20. They are made of plastic and have a little strong magnet in the back. You push a flat head tack into the wall and they hang scattered on the wall. Such a cute idea. Since they come in plain white, Dana spray painted them all purple- except these 2. The girls had a great time decorating them especially for her.

Airbrushed clowns- so fun! Hard to get a pic with good lighting at the end of the night, but impressive they waited this long to gobble them up!

Some wool rings. They were really huge when they were knitted then I felted them so they are just the right size for a baby to play with and chew on.

I'm not the only one responsible for decorating cakes around here now. Since learning a few tricks at "Cake Class", I've had a full staff of decorators.
