A new house can be a great start for new inspiration. So far, this house has required oodles of paint, hanging curtain rods, and endless unpacking. I love our new back patio, I thought it would be fun to keep a plant out here. This is my failed attempt at a macrame plant hanger.

one of my favorite memories from kidhood is my mom's aunts descending on the house en masse and in a flurry of crafting activity-- and there was ALWAYS a new macrame planter holder done.
Also I'm in awe of all your projects, have I mentioned that once or twice or a hundred times?
ALso- the phrase "new house" in interesting - as you can see I'm catching up. Perhaps in person soon?
