A newly knitted yellow hat! Not a willing model.

Sunny side up anyone? Felt 'gooey' eggs.

These are little tiny needlebooks or needlekeeps. Part of a recent swap. They each have 4 tiny pockets- except the orange one. Wool felt for the inside pages to keep the needles. The blue flowered one has a small green barrette in the pocket. These are a new project for me- I'd never heard of them before. I just love new ideas!

Here is a little house that Abigail and I made together. The roof comes off so you can play inside. The little naked bendy people now have somewhere to live, next clothes.

Dyed and knitted by me- my version of pink with white polka dots. I have some leftover, maybe add a skirtie?

Ok, this is not a craft- at least for me- but still I find braiding to be very difficult. This was one time that I think they were at least even.

The pattern made this cupcake look so pretty and easy to do. So far, I think I've mastered only the cherry on top.

These are naked bendy people. I bought some beautiful wool for their clothes, and Abigail and I made them a felt house. Salley Mavor is an amazing artist/illustrator that wrote a super duper wonderful book about her methods.

Katherine is modelling another pillowcase style dress.

Here is a wonderful knitted carrot- completed in one day. I may try the celery tomorrow.

Hopefully this actually looks like a cake with a strawberry on top.

Felt teaset is looking better after spraying with some starch. Here is a cookie...well I'm told it looks more like a pumpkin pie with pumpkin seeds on top.

A doll dress. I actually did a really good job on this one. Quality work for Lisa who needs her mop tamed.

Here is my first pair of earrings. These are hard to photograph in focus. The center holder is a large heart. Each one of the beads is suspended from a wire with the extra coiled around itself. These were something different for me but I liked the challenge.

This necklace turned out to be a gift for a dear friend. Purples and greens. I often do not think what I make would be a good gift, most things do not have that store bought finished look.

I thought Abigail would like this beaded necklace. It is two strands, one is purples one is blues. There are 5 small beads between 2 larger beads-because she is 5.

Here is where my latest beading started.

A soaker I knit long ago out of Paton's wool. This one found its way into the washer and felted a bit. I am so happy to report that it did not shrink beyond use-(like the last one).

Here are six of the eight pillowcase dresses I made for my niece's birthday. She looked so adorable! These were a specific request from my sister who remembered the 12 I made when Abigail was 3.

Some stitch markers for a swap. You can't tell, but the big blue bead has a ball of yarn and needles. There is also a tiny circle one that says "I (heart) (2) knit". They are very fun and easy to make- somewhat addicting. Now I can't leave the craft store without glancing at beads too.

Last few stitch markers for a swap.

A few cabbage patch outfits with snaps.

A batch of mismatched various sizes diapers. There are 20 in all- would you believe I am making 3 more for Roo? She found some fabric that she liked. Do we really need more?
