The last of several buttercup bags for Christmas. Hope everyone enjoyed them!

A German Chocolate cake. This is the real thing, all from scratch. This thing is heavy, and super delicious and moist! I could have cooked the frosting base a bit longer but overall, for a first, excellent!

This little dolly was fun to make, the hair was the best part! From the Black Apple Doll pattern.

Some labels for gifts. The alignment is off a bit, but I was trying to figure out how to do a custom label setting; and I'm not that computer savvy.

Abigail has completed an awesome loopy potholder! I don't know who the lucky recipient is, but I'm proud of her- it only took 3 weeks! Quite an improvement over the bunny project.

A glimpse of Christmas. Here are some round stickers that are 2.5" around. I'll be making up some cake mix as a gift for a little girl who is getting an Easy Bake Oven. The mix will fit in small jewelry sized ziplock bags so the stickers will serve as the instructions. The other 2 sheets are labels for the girls to put on the gifts they are giving.

What do you do when your favorite shortest ballerina loses her ballet slippers? Make a new pair, quick! The show is tomorrow. Crushed panne velour stretchy velvety black fabric and pink foldover elastic binding at the top.

2 more diapers. I used some awesome blue snaps for the orange one. A friend gifted them to me in exchange for some knitting lessons. They are such a pretty blue!
YAY! I am so proud of Abigail!! This may not look like much, but it is one of those make-it-yourself kits from build-a-bear. She has been stitching the thing for three years. She's not the most diligent with fiber, but really, every now and then for 3 years! All that work, and she's going to give as a Christmas gift.

Some tiny buttercup bags. They turned out so sweet and cute. I may make them even smaller next time. I'll add a snap to these before giving them. But even smaller would look cute with a wrist strap.

One Christmas skirt done! The holiday outfits need to be done early this year to wear in a play. Even with 20 days left, I seem to have a long list of sewing to finish.

The other side of that patchwork panel. Fun stuff, but I'm reluctant to finish this project because of the negative opinions I've gotten.

These hair clippies are so fun to dress up! Katherine loves sewing on the buttons herself even. There may be a budding seamstress...

A bit of patchwork.
