Blues, on the right is for Abigail. I love these beads, they have the little flowers in them.

Katherine's bike basket broke. One of the holders needed to be replaced. Luckily, her mommy knit her a new one. I think I did a pretty good job on it- (betcha can't find the seam)

Mixing glass and wood beads turned out looking better than I thought it would. I've been wearing this great bracelet for the past week and the wood beads are looking a bit tattered from getting wet too much, but I still really like this one!

The ladybug buttons look so cute on these socks! Hopefully they will survive the washer and dryer. These buttons 'made' by me did not take very much effort, but are still fun.

Both footies are done! I have still been working on an actual sock, and ripping out, and reknitting, and ripping and knitting... There is just one fundamental part I'm having trouble with.

We made a bunch of clay goodies! So many, that we ran out of clay. I tried making some buttons that hopefully will find their way onto some projects.

A bunch more stitch markers. These are so addicting to make.

Let's call this the 'disaster bag'. Seems cute- a neat scrap of fabric from a friend, a bit of funky fringe. Really it is lopsided, uneven, and I ran out of fringe an inch before the end.

A sneak peek at the farm. Still working....

Quick and easy all-serged beach tote.

Daunting. This is a scarf. I did not realize how much I prefer a knitting challenge. That said, I am working on something right now that is knitting TOO challenging. Ahh, to find the happy medium.

I may have understated a few washcloths. I've done 13, so far.

S'mores. Who invented these things? I don't care for them, but I wonder who decided it was a good idea to get the ooey-est, gooey-est mess going in the middle of the woods where there is no running water to clean up with? We had the pressure washer out that day, (cleaning the driveway) we considered using it to clean up the kids too. I think we will stick to just roasting 'smarshmallows'.

Yesterday, the girls and I saw a little girl fishing at the pier. Today, they wanted to do some fishing too. A stick, some ribbon, a strong beading magnet, and pipe cleaners. The ones that are not shaped like fish are the shrimp, made by Katherine. The really strong magnet picks them up because of the wire inside the pipe cleaner. They sit on the edge of the couch patiently waiting.

Ok, I cannot take credit for this. I spent one whole morning getting it right making the shaped pancakes. Abigail comes to breakfast with the cookie cutter and cuts the pancake out after it is cooked round. Who knew? I'm the idiot for doing it the hard way. Although, there is the plate of cutout scraps I had to eat.

Stitch markers are fun and fast! The photo turned out ok for these, not sure why. I was able to unload some at knitting the other night so I was inspired to make some more.

I am happy to be sewing again, even if just a little. This cute bag has 2 pockets on the inside. I learned a bit about pocket placement, which is good.

Another apron. These are fun, fast, easy, and make great gifts.

I have been working on these file folder games for a LONG time. It may not seem like much, but I colored, cut out, glued, cut out, laminated, cut out, cut velcro, stuck, cut more velcro, stuck again, then cut out again. Because there are so many steps, I'm not done yet. I have 90 of these in various stages of completion (half are actually complete) and I'm almost out of lamination. I'm posting this for my own motivation. The good news is, I've gotten rid of the book that started all of this.

Medallion, mostly knit, and partly crochet. The photographer error really takes away from how pretty this is. I think I will possibly make more with reds/greens for Christmas ornaments. (if I remember by then)

Oddly, I'm finding more uses for these.

Not an official sock. This is a footie, no heel turns or short rows, or ankle cuff. I don't like it. Maybe if I took the time to make an actual sock I would, but I don't like how this fits, feels, etc. The yarn is super great and fun!

I have been trying a couple new washcloth patterns, they are fast and fun.
