Baby foot for size comparison. This was made by our awesome 5yr old. Amazing what they can do! Poor lighting, but the 'daisy' petals are representative of the petal patches that the Daisys earn on their tunic for Girl Scouts. I was able to work with all the little girls to make these- what fun! Pin hot glued to the back so proud mommies can wear them.

4 Winners Chosen:

Shana
Beetle
Susan
Merlinthecat

Thanks to everyone who entered!

My first attempt using a can full of frozen water, a nail, a hammer, some spray paint, and some raffia. You are supposed to see a star shape punched out to make little holes in the can. Clearly, I am not capable of making a star shape. Then, spray painted and adorned with raffia. Kind of fun, supposed to hold a candle- went right into the recycle bin. Thank you MOPS! I love trying new things!

Giveaway is over. Winners announced.

Ok, today is the day! SewMamaSew Giveaway Day!! One of my favorite days, and this time I'm participating. http://sewmamasew.com/blog2/?p=7239

What you can win:
A bib or a pouch. Let me know if you'd like the pink girly bib or the green football bib with a pocket. Each of these is made with flannel and closes with a plastic snap. Or, if you have no use for a bib, you can choose the pouch. A very mini version of the Buttercup bag- 8.5"x5.5". It also closes with one plastic snap.

How you can win:
Enter a comment. It could be anything. I love ideas.

I'll ship to any U.S. address. Be sure to leave your email or a way to contact you.

3 Winners will be chosen on May 20th. I have several bags and bibs so no worries.
A fun seersucker green with bold red strawberries. This outdoor photo has distorted colors for some reason. Yes, folks, another dress to add to the pile that she won't wear.

Another soft structured carrier. My own pattern, but nowadays you can buy a pattern- unlike years ago when I started making these. This one is way less girly than the one we've been using with the pink floral pattern.

Another summer dress that she won't wear. I love this fabric!

A pretty spring dress. No modeling shot, because she won't wear it.

Summer dresses... this one twirls best so far. I like the look and fit of the different bodice shape. It fits exactly, so no room for growth.

Made yogurt. First time, can't wait to taste it. Part of my effort to reduce waste- all those plastic yogurt cups...
UPDATE: It tastes great too! It was fairly easy. This is plain so I added a bit of fresh raw honey, mmmmm. Fruit would be good too.
