There is a red ruffle along the hem of the shirt and a 2 layer ruffle along the hem of the pants. This outfit was left from Abigail. She had about a dozen of these outfits in various vibrant colors. This child was wearing it for only a moment and is not interested in any of these hand-me-downs. Goodwill is so lucky.
