I really love carrots! This is my favorite recipe for real carrot cake. It is so yummy! I don't make it often though, because I do not like shredding so many carrots. This one is not so beautiful because I tried to make it too quickly, started late and wanted a piece before bed. Beauty is not important when eating this cake! Does anyone know of an "I love carrots" bumper sticker?
